This post is all about a marinade that will take your grilled chicken to the next level.
This is a summertime bar-b-q favorite at my house. To be honest, I’m weird about chicken. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE chicken, but when it’s not cook properly (for obvious and explosive reasons) or when it tastes bland and musty at the same time, I can’t get in more than a couple bites. Chicken is meant to be seasoned well. It’s not like a good steak where less is more.
Having said all of this, I should also mention that my body doesn’t recover as quickly when I used seasoning that contains a lot of sodium or msg (monosodium glutamate). Which is why I love this marinade. I can eat a couple of pieces and not have to use soap to remove my rings at the end of the night.*
